An offsite planning portal that turns a client brief into a proposal
The challenge
Corporate offsite requests arrived as long email threads, with headcount, dates, budget, objectives and preferences scattered across messages. Planners spent the first days of every enquiry rebuilding the brief, then assembled each proposal by hand from past documents.
Our approach
We built a guided brief form that captures group size, dates, budget range, goals and preferences in one structured request, and a CMS-managed library of venues, activities and sample itineraries. Planners assemble a proposal from that library in a proposal builder, and clients receive a shareable, branded itinerary page they can review and comment on, instead of a static document.
- Replaced scattered email briefs with a single structured request
- Let planners build a first proposal from reusable venues and activities instead of a blank document
- Gave clients a shareable itinerary page to review and comment on
- Kept venue and activity details up to date in one place

More case studies
One CMS-driven travel portal for a multi-brand destination management group
A travel group running a B2B destination management business, a corporate offsite business and a leisure tours and packages brand had each on its own website, edited by developers. Publishing a new destination or package meant raising a ticket and waiting, content looked different from brand to brand, and enquiries arrived by email with no consistent structure.
Travel & HospitalityA B2B partner portal for travel agents and tour operators
Travel agents and tour operators working with the destination management company asked for itineraries, pricing and availability by email and phone, and received PDFs that were out of date soon after. The team spent much of its day answering repeat requests for the same destination information.
