A B2B partner portal for travel agents and tour operators
The challenge
Travel agents and tour operators working with the destination management company asked for itineraries, pricing and availability by email and phone, and received PDFs that were out of date soon after. The team spent much of its day answering repeat requests for the same destination information.
Our approach
We built a partner portal where approved agents sign in to browse destination and package content, request quotes with structured details, download current itineraries and follow the status of each request. It runs on the same CMS as the public sites, so content updated once appears for every partner, and role-based access controls what each partner can see.
- Moved repeat information requests out of email and into self-service
- Made sure partners always see current itineraries instead of outdated PDFs
- Gave partners visibility of each quote request from submission to response
- Let the company control which content and conditions each partner can see

One CMS-driven travel portal for a multi-brand destination management group
A travel group running a B2B destination management business, a corporate offsite business and a leisure tours and packages brand had each on its own website, edited by developers. Publishing a new destination or package meant raising a ticket and waiting, content looked different from brand to brand, and enquiries arrived by email with no consistent structure.
Travel & HospitalityAn offsite planning portal that turns a client brief into a proposal
Corporate offsite requests arrived as long email threads, with headcount, dates, budget, objectives and preferences scattered across messages. Planners spent the first days of every enquiry rebuilding the brief, then assembled each proposal by hand from past documents.
